- breadcrumbs to taste
- sachet of ready-made tomato sauce2 unit(s)

- mozzarella cheese350 g
- oil to taste
- Season the chicken fillets at your discretion, and marinate for 15 minutes to get the seasoning.
- set the table by placing in the following order to bread, first pass in the egg then in the wheat flour, then pass again in the egg and finish with the breadcrumbs.
- Fry the breaded fillets in hot oil and set aside when they are golden brown.
- in a pan place the 2 tomato sachets and season to your taste, let it boil and place the breaded chicken fillets.
- Leave the fillets in the sauce over medium-low heat for 20 minutes and watch so they don't burn, so it's important that there's plenty of sauce in the pan to cover the fillets!
- last step put cheese on top of the fillets, I used 8 slices of cheese.
- when the cheese melts, it's ready, and can be served with white rice and mashed potatoes! enjoy this recipe
