- First cut the chicken, season with pepper and salt.
- Then roll in eggs and breadcrumbs. Place a frying pan with hot olive oil and fry the chicken.
- Now in a separate pan, add a little oil, brown the chopped tomatoes with the chopped onion and add water and tomato sauce. Adding basil and finishing the sauce after cooking.
