- Tuscan Chicken Sausage500 g
- Sliced Ripe Tomato2 unit(s)
- Sliced Onion1 unit(s)
- Oil1 tablespoon
- Take the sausages in a pan with water to boil until they are firm.
- Drain the water, wait to cool down and cut into slices.
- In a non-stick pan, take a tablespoon of oil, the sausage and fry.
- When it's fried add the onion and let it fry some more.
- Add the tomato and leave until it breaks. It will leave the sausage very juicy and fat free.
