- Chicken breast in strips500 g
- Diced onion1 unit(s)
- Minced Garlic Cloves3 unit(s)
- Dijon mustard1 tablespoon
- Worcestershire sauce1 tablespoon
- Tomato sauce1 tablespoon
- Sliced Champignon100 g
- Ricotta Cream200 g
- Butter1 tablespoon
- Black pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
- Olive oil to taste
- Season the chicken to taste with: black pepper and salt.
- In a hot pan over high heat, drizzle a drizzle of olive oil and half the amount of butter (1/2 tablespoon).
- Distribute the chicken strips in the pan and do not stir. Let it seal on one side, then turn and seal on the other side.
- With the meat sealed, remove from the pan and set aside.
- Using the same pan, place the other half of the butter (1/2 tablespoon) with another drizzle of oil.
- Add the onion and let it sauté until golden.
- As soon as the onion is golden, add the chopped garlic, sauté a little.
- Return with the chicken to the pan.
- Now add the seasonings: dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce and tomato sauce. Mix well.
- Add the mushrooms and ricotta cream. This cream is very consistent, if you like a less consistent sauce, you can add water.
- Let it cook for 1-2 minutes. And adjust seasoning with salt and pepper if necessary.
