Chicken strogonoff

Em uma panela frite a cebola e o alho, e acrescente o frango picado em cubos. 

In a pan fry the onion and garlic, and add the diced chicken.

Quando o frango estiver bem frito, acrescente o molho de tomate e os temperos de sua preferência, e deixe o frango cozinhar por uns 5 minutos em fogo baixo. 

When the chicken is well fried, add the tomato sauce and seasonings of your choice, and let the chicken cook for about 5 minutes over low heat.

Para finalizar acrescente o creme de leite, e acerte o sal. 

To finish, add the cream of milk, and hit the salt.

Serve with white rice and potatoes chips.
