- Ground beef (duckling)300 g
- Cooked carioca beans2 cup
- Chopped red onion1/2 unit(s)
- Red Pepper1/2 unit(s)
- Peeled Tomato1 cup
- Spicy paprika1 coffee spoon
- Cumin powder1/2 coffee spoon
- Pepper sauce to taste
- Salt and green smell to taste
- In a hot skillet with a drizzle of olive oil, sauté the ground beef until golden brown. Add the onion and sauté.
- Add the peppers, peeled tomatoes, a little water, paprika and cumin and cook for about 5 minutes.
- Add the beans, pepper sauce and salt to taste and cook until the broth has reduced.
- Finish with green smell. Serve with nachos and souer cream!
