- Minced garlic2 unit(s)
- Sliced Potatoes3 unit(s)
- Salt, oregano and beef broth1 to taste
- Water for cooking2 cup
- Salt1 tablespoon
- Saute onion in oil until wilted. Add the garlic and sauté without letting it brown. Add the meat and seasonings black pepper, salt and beef broth. Stir until all sides are cooked through and golden.
- Add the water until the meat is covered, then cover and let it pressure for 30 minutes.
- Peel the potatoes and cut in half. Open the pressure cooker and see if the meat is already tender. Add the potatoes and bring to a boil until the potatoes are now cooked. And then just serve
