- Large cabbage leaves20 unit(s)
- Hot water1000 ml
- Tomato sauce320 ml
- In a container, place the raw rice, add the raw ground beef, chopped onion, chopped carrot seasonings to taste (I used paprika, chimichurri), mix everything very well, pass the whole cabbage leaves in hot water to soften, reserve the chopped stalks . Place a handful of the stuffing on the softened sheet and make bundles by placing them in a pressure cooker, cover with tomato sauce and chopped salt. Cook for 15min. In Low fire.
