- Lean meat (I used duckling)500 g
- grated carrot50 g
- Oat flour10 g
- Chopped Onion100 g
- Yellow pepper150 g
- Sliced red cabbage300 g
- Tomato sauce to taste
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Fit curd for the filling300 g
- Parsley and chives to taste
- In a bowl place the meat with the onion, parsley, chives and oatmeal.
- Add the pepper and salt. Mix well
- In a pan, line the bottom with half the meat, fill with the cottage cheese and cover with the rest of the meat, take it to the oven for approximately 40 minutes.
- Prepare the tomato sauce
- After removing from the oven, serve with the peppers, carrots and tomato sauce.
