- Red Pepper2 unit(s)
- Yellow Pepper2 unit(s)
- Sausage400 g
- Butter2 tablespoon
- Parmesan200 g
- Onion1 unit(s)
- Parsley to taste
- Chives to taste
- White Wine300 ml
- Vegetable broth500 ml
- In a large pan put the garlic and sausage oil. Cook until golden. Reserve
- In the same pan, add the onion and fry until translucent.
- Throw in the rice and yellow peppers initially. Fry until the rice is translucent with white kernels.
- Add the wine and mix until absorbed.
- Add the other peppers and sausage. And add the vegetable broth little by little.
- When the rice is cooked, turn off the heat and add the grated parmesan, parsley, chives and the cold butter! Mix well and serve!
