- Water300 ml
- Black beer200 ml
- Onion cream1 unit(s)
- Chopped Parsley0 to taste
- Salt0 to taste
- Black pepper0 to taste
- Heat the pressure cooker with oil and brown the pieces of meat - add the onion, tomato and carrot and mix well and add the water, beer and cream of onion mix, close the pan and let it cook for 15 minutes.
- Open the pan, adjust the salt, add pepper and let the sauce simmer.
- Sprinkle green smell.
- Assemble the dish and serve in sequence.
