- cube of kinor beef broth1 unit(s)
- Coriander1 to taste
- Parsley1 to taste
- Chopped chili pepper1 unit(s)
- Salt1 to taste
- Vinegar1 dessert spoon

- Preparation mode Cut the meat into pieces and clean it well. In a pressure cooker, add the onion and garlic clove. Refresh well. Then add the meat, coloral, vinegar and salt. Add the kinor broth and tomato extract, the hot pepper and let it simmer for 3 minutes.
- Add water and close the pressure cooker. Let it cook for 25 minutes. Turn off the heat, add the cilantro and parsley. Ready ✅
- Tip, if you want it with a lot of sauce, add a cup of water and twice as much tomato paste. That's the only way to get a thick and quite sauce ❤️
