- I seasoned the crackling only with salt and tied it in the shape of a roulade (first time I make it like this), I took it in the Airfryer for 40 minutes at 250°.
- After that time I took it off and cut it into slices, and came back with it for another 30 minutes at 250°
- I sprinkled seasoning, lemon and herbs on top
