- Cook the meat with the broth in the pressure cooker for 40 minutes. Shred the meat and separate the cooking water. Put the oil in the pan and sauté the onion and garlic, add the chopped peppers and sauté well. Add the shredded meat and tomato sauce, mix everything together and add the reserved cooking water. Salt to taste and let it boil until the sauce thickens.
