- Coxão soft in pieces500 g
- Onion, chopped into small cubes1 unit(s)
- kinnor beef broth2 unit(s)
- Oil1 tablespoon
- soy sauce2 tablespoon
- Sliced Olives1 cup
- Boiling water2 l
- tomato paste1 cup
- In a pan add the oil, garlic and onion and let it brown.
- Add the meat, soy sauce, kinnor broth and mix
- Add the boiling water and let it cook until the meat breaks down.
- Then remove the water from the meat and set aside.
- In the pan itself, shred all the meat and add the tomato sauce, the olives and the water you had reserved and mix.
- Place in the fridge and let it rest for 2 hours, then serve.
