  • Sirloin500 g
  • Potatoes1 kg
  • Mozzarella500 g
  • Bacon to taste
  • Coriander and Chives to taste
  1. Put the potatoes to boil in a pressure cooker.
  2. Cut the meat into small filets and sauté with seasonings to taste.
  3. When the potato is softened, put it in a blender and gradually add the water.
  4. Put the mozzarella together and beat until it turns into a cream
  5. Add the cream to the meat, let it boil a little (always stirring so it doesn't burn)
  6. Fry the bacon and finish with plenty of cilantro and chives
