- Chicken breast1 kg
- green corn2 can(s)
- Cottage cheese1/2 unit(s)
- Sour cream (2 cans)400 g
- Mozzarella cheese100 g
- Tomato sauce1 unit(s)
- Straw potato1 to taste
- Green smell1 to taste
- Salt, garlic and onion1 to taste
- *To shred the chicken: put it in a pressure pen with water until it covers 3 fingers above the chicken, after reaching pressure count 5 MN and turn off the heat, wait for the pressure to release and throw the water away, then with the chicken still hot , cover the pan tightly and shake a lot* in the pan with garlic, golden onions, tomato sauce and salt, season the shredded chicken and set aside
- In a blender, beat the cottage cheese, corn, cream and seasonings to taste, forming a cream of corn and then pour into the shredded chicken, stirring well with the pan turned off.
- On a platter, pour the chicken with corn cream and cover with the mozzarella and a little bit of green smell to give it a tchan, put it in the oven for about 20 minutes or until the mozzarella is lightly golden on top, remove it from the oven and cover with the potato straw, serve with rice and it will be a perfect combination
