Creamy Chicken with Coconut Milk and Curry

- Chicken breast fillet500 g
- Coconut milk200 ml
- Garlic, onion, salt1 to taste
- Mint, chives, parsley1 to taste
- Olive oil2 tablespoon
- Curry2 tablespoon
- Black pepper, cumin1 to taste
- Corn starch1 tablespoon
- Cut the chicken into cubes and season with cumin, black pepper, salt and set aside.
- In a pan, brown the onion and then the garlic in the oil, throw the seasoned chicken and let it brown.
- As soon as it is golden and properly cooked, add the coconut milk, curry and cornstarch, mixing well until it turns into a cream, turn it off and finish with the chopped chives, parsley and mint.
