- Washed Potato or Baroa1 kg
- Box of sour cream1 unit(s)
- Cow's milk500 ml
- Corn starch2 tablespoon
- Butter or margarine1 tablespoon
- Bacon50 g
- Pepperoni sausage1/2 unit(s)
- Medium onion1 unit(s)
- Garlic Clove2 unit(s)
- Ground beef1 kg
- Salt1 teaspoon
- Bay leaf1 unit(s)
- Smoked paprika1 teaspoon
- Chimichurri without pepper1 teaspoon
- Cottage cheese200 g
- Can of corn1 unit(s)
- Sliced Mozzarella200 g
- Oregano to taste
- COOKING THE POTATOES: In a pan add the potatoes and cover with water.
- Add 1 teaspoon of salt and the bay leaf.
- Cook for 10 minutes or until poked with a fork and tender.
- Drain the water.
- Mash the potatoes and set aside.
- FOR THE CREAM: Add the mashed potato in a container, place the cream, cow's milk and cornstarch mixed in the milk.
- Mix well and set aside.
- MAKING THE MINCED MEAT: In a pan add the butter and let it melt.
- Add the bacon and the sausage cut very small.
- Fry for about 2 minutes.
- Add the chopped onion and fry until golden.
- When it is golden, add the garlic and sauté until golden.
- Add the ground beef (I used chuck) and stir well until the meat is ready.
- Add the chimichurri without pepper, the smoked paprika and mix well.
- Adjust salt if necessary and set aside.
- MOUNTING: In a dish grease with butter or margarine and add a layer of potato cream.
- Place a layer of ground beef.
- Add the curd (CHEEF TIP: If it's at room temperature it spreads better. Take it out of the fridge 1 hour before you start making the recipe or warm it up in the microwave for 10 seconds).
- Spread the cheese over the ground beef.
- Add the corn and then add the rest of the ground beef.
- Add the rest of the potato cream and cover with mozzarella and sprinkle oregano on top.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve it hot!
