- Rice4 cup
- Diced ham200 g
- Diced Mozzarella200 g
- Grated Parmesan100 g
- Corn1 can(s)
- Pepperoni1 unit(s)
- Bacon100 g
- Sour cream2 unit(s)
- Milk150 ml
- Seasoning to taste1 unit(s)
- In a pan, prepare the 4 cups of rice as usual, once ready, transfer to a platter and set aside. Then take the pepperoni and bacon in a pan, you don't need to add oil, they already release on their own. As soon as everything is fried, mix it with the rice, then add the ham and the cubed mozzarella to the rice and mix well. Then add the corn, along with the cream, milk and seasonings of your choice and mix well. Finally, finish with grated parmesan and bake until the cheese melts. It's just a taste.
