- Recipe
- Belly chopped into pieces1/2 kg
- Salt to taste
- Oil for frying200 ml
- Place the chopped belly in the pressure cooker and season with salt.
- Add the oil, cover the pressure cooker (don't forget to remove the rubber)
- Take it to the high fire to fry, it will start to pop like popcorn, when it stops popping it is ready.
- Check that it is golden, remove with a slotted spoon.
- Tip: save the lard to make beans. I usually keep it in a container in the fridge.
