- Biscuit Water and Salt200 g
- Wheat flour2 cup
- Seasoning to taste
- Fine Herbs1 tablespoon
- Salt1 coffee spoon
- Water150 ml
- Season the fillets to taste and set aside.
- With your hands, crush the cookies until they form a flour with small pieces.
- Season the cookie flour with fine herbs and salt.
- Place 1 cup of all-purpose flour in the bowl.
- In another bowl, add the rest of the flour with water until it forms a thick broth.
- After passing the fillet in the wheat flour
- Dip the fillet in the floured water.
- Coat the chickens in the biscuit flour, always pressing well so that the flour sticks well.
- Fry in hot oil.
