- Pork belly2 kg
- Lemon Pepper100 g
- Ajinomoto30 g
- Salt25 g
- Open your pork belly and poke small holes with the tip of a knife or use a meat punch
- Add lemon pepper, Ajinomoto and salt
- Roll your belly like a swiss roll
- Tie the belly with the string counting 2 fingers apart
- Sprinkle more salt on the part of the skin after curling
- Place in a pre-heated oven at 120 degrees and leave in the oven for 4 to 5 hours.
- After the oven time, remove the piece, wait for the temperature to drop and cut the portions between the string ties
- After cutting fry in oil with temperature above 130° degrees or Airfryer
