  • Lemon Pepper100 g
  • Ajinomoto30 g
  • Salt25 g
  1. Open your pork belly and poke small holes with the tip of a knife or use a meat punch
  2. Add lemon pepper, Ajinomoto and salt
  3. Roll your belly like a swiss roll
  4. Tie the belly with the string counting 2 fingers apart
  5. Sprinkle more salt on the part of the skin after curling
  6. Place in a pre-heated oven at 120 degrees and leave in the oven for 4 to 5 hours.
  7. After the oven time, remove the piece, wait for the temperature to drop and cut the portions between the string ties
  8. After cutting fry in oil with temperature above 130° degrees or Airfryer
  9. Tip: with guava or sugarcane barbecue sauce, it's a show
