- Pork rib.1.4 kg
- Coarse salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Lemon2 unit(s)
- Olive oil8 tablespoon
- Place the chopped ribs (about 5 cm cubes) with the fat facing up on a platter. Coat with oil, salt, pepper and lemon juice. Bake in a medium heat of 200 celcious for 1h30m.
- Turn the oven to grill mode and bake for another 30 minutes or until the fat turns crackling.
- If there is time, leave the rib in the pan with the seasonings to marinate for 1 hour to 3 hours before roasting.
- Sprinkle chives on top and serve with your favorite side dishes.
