- Squeezed large clove lemons2 unit(s)
- Tomatoes cut into large cubes2 unit(s)
- Small carrot, cut into cubes1 unit(s)
- Honey2 tablespoon
- Salt1 tablespoon
- Ground black pepper1 tablespoon
- Water300 ml
- Season the ribs with salt, pepper, onion, garlic, lemons and honey. Leave to marinate for 2 hours in the fridge. Then put it in the pressure cooker to grill and add what's left of the marinade, the tomatoes, carrots and 300ml of water. Close the pan and in 25 minutes, after pressing, it will be ready. Cooked under pressure, it is ready quickly.
