- . In the pressure cooker, place the meat and 4 cups of (tea) of water. Cover and cook over medium heat for 40 minutes after the pressure starts. 2 Turn off the heat and wait for the pressure to release, drain and reserve the meat. 3 In the same pan, pour the rest of the water and dissolve the bouillon cubes. Add the reserved meat, tomato paste, onion, garlic and bay leaf. 4 Cover the pan and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes. Turn off the heat and wait for the pressure to release. 5 open the pan and add the manioc. Cook with the pan uncovered until the manioc softens well. 6 Put it on a platter, sprinkle the green smell and serve.
