- Soaked chickpeas200 g
- Chopped okra100 g
- Chopped Girl's Finger Pepper2 unit(s)
- Olive oil3 tablespoon
- Black pepper1 teaspoon
- Cinnamon powder1 coffee spoon
- Parsley to taste
- Salt to taste
- Sauté the meat in the oil until the meat is crispy.
- Add the onion and let it sauté for about 2 minutes.
- Add the seasonings, tomato, girl's finger pepper, chickpeas and mix everything.
- Add the water and cook until the beans are al dente.
- Add the okra and let it cook for 5 minutes.
- Finish with the parsley and you're done.
