- Green Smell to taste
- Salt to taste
- Garlic to taste
- Soy sauce to taste
- Chopped Carrots1 unit(s)
- Chopped chayote1/2 unit(s)
- Chopped Onion to taste
- Olive oil to taste
- Seasonings to taste
- Chopped tomato1 unit(s)
- Fry the garlic a little, then add the onion. Wait for it to soften a little and put the ground beef
- Let the ground beef sear. Then add soy sauce and salt to taste.
- Add the carrot, tomato and chayote, and let it cook with the lid closed over low heat.
- Wait for the water to dry a little and add the green smell
- If you prefer, you can also add the seasonings of your choice, and leave it on low heat for a few more minutes.
- And it's ready 😉
