- Sun-dried tomato25 g
- Parmesan80 g
- Arborio rice1 kg
- Onion1 unit(s)
- Garlic Cloves3 unit(s)
- Salt5 g
- cherry tomato1 unit(s)
- Cook arborio rice al dente, set aside
- Saute onion and garlic with a little butter
- Add the arborio rice along with the garlic and onion
- Add the sun-dried tomato
- Add in the beaten spinach next to the rice and mix until the desired point is reached, the Parmesan cheese and the salt.
- Serve in a dish of your choice, garnish with dried tomato spinach and grated cheese
