- Bacon chopped into strips500 g

- Bicarbonate2 tablespoon
- Salt2 tablespoon
- Add the bacon in a bowl add the government and salt and mix well
- In a pan add the oil and let it get very hot.
- Then add the bacon and let it fry until golden on one side then turn the other.
- Once done, remove the fat and let it drain completely in a colander.
