Bacon chopped into strips

Adicione o toucinho em uma vasilha acrescente o governo e o sal e misture bem

Add the bacon in a bowl add the government and salt and mix well

Em uma panela adicione o óleo e deixe ficar bem quente 

In a pan add the oil and let it get very hot.

Depois acrescente o toucinho e deixe com que ele frite  até dourar de um lado depois vire do outro 

Then add the bacon and let it fry until golden on one side then turn the other.

Feito isso retire da gordura e deixe escorrer por completo em um escorredor.e prontinho 

Once done, remove the fat and let it drain completely in a colander.
