- Tuscan sausage800 g
- Parboiled Rice3 cup
- Chopped green, red and yellow bell pepper3/4 cup
- Chopped Onion1 cup
- Chopped Garlic1 tablespoon
- grated carrot1 cup
- Tomato sauce3 cup
- Bay Leaf1 unit(s)
- Chopped green onion1/2 cup
- Sea Salt to taste
- Hot water6 cup
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Remove the skin from the sausages and break up the meat well (put it in a food processor if necessary).
- Heat a pan and fry the sausage little by little. Remove from the pan and reserve.
- In the same pan, use the sausage fat and fry the onion, garlic and bell pepper.
- Add the rice and mix well.
- Add the tomato sauce, carrots, bay leaf, water, salt and pepper and mix.
- Let it cook until the rice is cooked and a little wet (add more water if necessary).
- Turn off the heat and stir in the green onion. Serve immediately.
