  • Hard-boiled Eggs4 unit(s)
  • Ground meat of your choice100 g
  • Wheat Flour150 g
  • Eggs1 unit(s)
  • Season1 unit(s)
  • Salt, pepper and Bahian seasoning to taste to taste
  • Green smell to taste
  1. In a bowl put the ground beef with all the seasonings and stir very well, kneading the meat a little
  2. Add a whole egg and then the wheat flour, stir very well
  3. The mixture should be firm and consistent, but not dry.
  4. Before starting to assemble the dumplings, take a pan to the fire, add enough oil, let it heat over low heat.
  5. With the eggs boiled and peeled, rub a little oil on your hands and wrap the eggs in the mixture, creating a layer on top, as shown in the image.
  6. Be quick in this process and do not press too hard, nor take so long to wrap the eggs, otherwise the mixture will start to fall apart.
  7. Fry the dumplings in the oil over low heat, turning so that all sides fry evenly.
  8. Serve as a side dish or as a snack.
