- Ham sausage1 kg
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Onion1 unit(s)
- Garlic1 unit(s)
- Green Smell to taste
- Cut the eggplants in half, remove some of the pulp.
- Bake on the barbecue
- When it is a little cooked let it rest.
- Open the sausages and remove from the skin, season with salt, pepper, onion and garlic and parsley.
- Put the fillings on the eggplant and take it back to the grill.
- At the end, if you prefer, you can put some mozzarella cheese on top and let it melt. The recipe tastes better.
