- Ground meat of your choice300 g
- Garlic3 unit(s)
- Onion1/2 unit(s)
- Olives50 g
- Pitted Tomato1 unit(s)
- Black pepper and salt to taste to taste
- Paprika to taste
- Cut the eggplant in half, remove the core and cook in a bain-marie for 0:30 hours
- Cut the eggplant core into very small cubes, in a bowl with water and a little salt, leave for 3 minutes
- Cut the tomato and onion into cubes
- In a high skillet, sauté the garlic, then add the onion, add the ground meat, the eggplant cubes, the seasonings, sauté until the meat is golden, add tomatoes and olives, sauté for another 2 minutes, turn off the heat and then add green smell
- In the same pan with the ground beef, add the eggplant and add the stuffing inside each one, the ground beef left in the pan to be served together.
- * If you prefer, add lemon over the eggplants and more green smell, it's delicious!
