- Cooked and peeled pine nuts, cut in half2 cup
- Beef strips1 cup
- Chicken breast strips1 cup
- Calabrese sausage cut into half moons1 cup
- Red bell pepper, cut into strips1/2 cup
- White onion cut into half moons1 cup
- Cooked Aipim, cut into medium cubes1 cup
- Carrots, cut into half moons, cooked al dente1 cup
- Homemade tomato sauce1 cup
- Minced garlic1 tablespoon
- Olive oil to taste
- Green Spice to taste
- Ground black pepper to taste
- In a skillet heated with oil, grill the meat and chicken gradually, seasoning with salt, garlic and pepper. Reserve.
- Fry the pepperoni, add the onion, pepper and sauté.
- Add the pine nuts, return the meat and chicken to the skillet and mix.
- Add the carrots, cassava and tomato sauce. Let it cook for about 3 minutes and adjust the salt.
- Finish with the green seasoning and serve immediately.
