- Sausage to taste
- Pumpkin to taste
- Complete Seasoning to taste
- Chopped Onion to taste
- Mozzarella to taste
- Cut the pumpkin into small pieces.
- In a pan put the pumpkin, onion, complete seasoning and sausage.
- Add enough water to cook the pumpkin.
- When it has cooked and almost without the water, remove the sausage and reserve.
- Mash the pumpkin well with a fork.
- In a pan with olive oil, place the mashed pumpkin and stir until it turns into a puree. Reserve.
- Remove the skin from the cooked sausage and chop.
- In a skillet put chopped onion and sauté quickly.
- Add the chopped sausage and sauté. Use the seasonings of your preference and hit it.
- In a refractory, place the sausage and the mashed potatoes on top.
- Cover with grated mozzarella and take to the oven to gratin.
