- Start by crushing the garlic and 1 onion together.
- Chop the tomato, pepper, and the other onion into slices.
- In the pressure cooker put a thread of oil and fry the crushed garlic and onion.
- Add the meat and cook.
- Add the chopped tomatoes and the pepper.
- As the meat browns, add a little water little by little to make it juicy and not dry out. But if the meat itself releases water, you don't need to add it.
- After browning the meat, add the chopped onion into slices (loosen the slices), and let Débora brown.
- Add your favorite seasonings. I am using Bahia seasoning, Limeira do Reino, Edu Guedes seasoning and salt
- Close the pan.
- Count 20 minutes after getting pressure, turn off the fire and put the potatoes, (if necessary add water) and take it to the fire again for another 5 minutes.
- Turn off the heat, remove the pressure. Open the quill, and put it back on medium heat.
- After thickening the meat broth, turn off the fire and serve!
