- In a pan, place the pig's foot, add water (enough to cover the foot) and let it cook for 20 minutes after it starts to boil. Discard the water and reserve the boiled pig's foot; 3. In a pressure cooker, place the beans, water and boiled foot; close the pan and let it cook for approximately 40 minutes after getting pressure. After the time, remove the pressure from the pot and open it; 4. In another pan, put the oil and sauté the garlic, add the pepperoni sausage and the paio and let it sauté until golden; 5. Add the rib (cut into pieces making cuts between the bones) and the beans (with the pig's foot and the broth) and let it cook for approximately 40 minutes. If necessary, add a little more water to finish cooking and adjust the consistency of the feijoada; season with salt (check the need to add salt); 6. Serve the feijoada with the prepared vinaigrette and other side dishes of your choice (rice, sautéed cabbage, orange, farofa).
