- Thin pepperoni sausage300 g
- Bacon300 g
- Porcine ear300 g
- Pork Ribs400 g
- Salted sirloin300 g
- Chopped Onion01 unit(s)
- Minced garlic (cloves)03 unit(s)
- Laurel leaves03 unit(s)
- Smoked paprika01 tablespoon
- Salt and Black Pepper to taste
- Green scent to finish to taste
- Soak beans in water overnight for faster cooking.
- Leave the loin salted and rib in the same process.
- With the meats separated and already desalted, sauté in the pressure cooker until golden and then the other seasonings.
- Put the beans removed from the water.
- Add another water to cover for 30 minutes of pressure.
- Remove from pressure and finish with green smell and good appetite!
- Serve with side dishes such as rice, cabbage, farofa, crackling, fried eggs and orange.
