- Oil or olive oil1 tablespoon

- Separate the ingredients in an organized way;
- Clean the already cut pork feet and tail with hot water and vinegar;
- Lightly fry the foot and tail, this process seals the ingredients;
- After frying the foot and tail, add the beans and sun dried meat. Cook for approximately 25 min;
- Cut the bacon, the calabrese sausage and the paio sausage into cubes and take them to fry;
- Chop the garlic and onion into small cubes. In the pan in which the previous ingredients were fried, also fry the garlic and onion;
- Once the beans and the other ingredients are cooked (tail, foot and ground beef), transfer them to the pan in which the onion, garlic, bacon and sausages were fried. Bring to a boil and cook until flavor is incorporated.
- Now it's just a matter of seasoning to taste.
- Serve with white rice, cabbage, farofa, vinaigrette and orange (optional).
