- Pork Ribs200 g

- Olive oil to taste
- Soak the dried meat and pork ribs for 4 hours before cooking.
- Place the beans in the pressure cooker, cover with water and cook for 25 minutes under pressure. In another pan, place the dried meat and the ribs and cover with water and cook for 30 minutes.
- After cooking, remove all the water and cut into large cubes. And cut the sausages and bacon into cubes.
- In a pan, put a drizzle of olive oil, the crushed garlic and the onion cut into medium cubes. And add the bacon to brown and then the sausages to brown too.
- After cooking the beans, put the mixture in the pot in the pressure cooker and also the ribs and dried meat. Mix and close the lid and cook for another 20 minutes.
- After that time, check if the beans are already cooked, if you need to leave it a little longer. And lastly put the green smell and check if you need a little more salt.
