- Filet Mignon (Cleaned and Cut Open)1 kg

- Black Pepper to taste
- Blonde to taste
- Garlic Clove (crushed)1 unit(s)
- Ham (Slices)200 g
- Mozzarella Cheese (Slices)200 g
- Pickled Cucumbers (Or Palm Hearts)1 can(s)
- Bread Flour1 unit(s)
- Mayonnaise1 unit(s)
- Dijon Mustard (Optional) to taste
- Cut the filet mignon as thinly as possible, season with salt, freshly ground pepper, garlic, herbs.
- On the meat, put ham, mozzarella cheese, pickled cucumbers (or hearts of palm).
- Roll up the meat leaving all the stuffing stuck inside, as if it were a swiss roll. Secure with toothpicks so that the stuffing doesn't escape.
- Dip in breadcrumbs. You can apply a light layer of mayonnaise so that the flour sticks well. The ideal is to season the flour as well.
- Fry the stuffed fillets in hot oil for a few minutes. I used 3 tablespoons of very hot sunflower oil. You can bake it which is healthier, but it won't be as crispy.
- A spoonful of Dijon mustard on each fillet completes the seasoning. (Optional).
