- Filet mignon or special filet600 g
- Gorgonzola cheese150 g
- Garlic Cloves2 unit(s)
- Sour cream1 can(s)
- Olive oil to taste
- Butter to taste
- Cut the fillet into thick slices, season with salt and cumin.
- In a pan, brown the garlic with oil. Add a spoon of butter and add half an onion until golden. Seal the meat in this pan. Set aside.
- Place the cream in the pan, mix and add the gorgonzola cheese until all melted.
- Add the meat to the sauce and serve hot.
