- Filet Mignon Medallion2 unit(s)
- Sour cream1 unit(s)
- Parmesan cheese50 g
- Mozzarella cheese100 g
- Mushrooms300 g
- Olive oil50 g
- Garlic1 to taste
- Black pepper1 to taste
- Cherry tomato100 g
- Medallion: season with salt, olive oil, garlic and black pepper. Reserve.
- Cream cheese: chop half an onion and let it brown in the pan, add the cream and the cheeses. Let it melt in a blender. Reserve
- Grilled mushrooms: half an onion in strips (Juliane) and chopped garlic in the pan, add the mushrooms and let them cook. Finish with soy sauce if you have it.
- Roasted tomato: in the olive oil skillet, place the whole cherry tomatoes. At high temperature let it gold, finish with salt.
- Grill the filet mignon: oven heated to 180° for 7 minutes.
- Cut the potatoes on the mandoline and fry them. Assemble your plate as shown in the photo and help yourself.
