- Dry red wine150 ml
- Sour cream250 g
- Rosemary to taste
- Garlic Clove3 to taste
- Parmesan cheese100 g
- unsalted butter2 tablespoon
- medium chopped onion100 g
- Season the medallions With salt and black pepper, seal in a very hot cast iron skillet! Two minutes on each side, to match the one in the photo, to the point! Remove the medallions from the frying pan, and with it, still off, place the butter, onion and chopped garlic to brown, rosemary, then the wine, cream and grated parmesan!
- The ginette, 100g of semolina, 100g of wheat, two eggs, salt to taste and 1 tablespoon of olive oil!
