- Filet mignon in strips600 g
- Chopped Onion1/2 unit(s)
- Olive oil1 to taste
- Dry white wine1 cup
- Sliced Champignon200 g
- Tomato Extract100 g
- Ketchup1 tablespoon
- Mustard1/2 tablespoon
- Sour cream2 can(s)
- Salt1 to taste
- White pepper1 to taste
- Heat a thread of olive oil and sauté the filet mignon slowly, without stirring too much, so that it does not release water.
- Add the dry white wine and flambé until the alcohol evaporates and the flame goes out.
- Add the onion and sauté for a while, until it softens.
- Add the mushrooms, tomato paste, ketchup and mustard. Stir until everything is mixed.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Finally, add the cream, stir until heated through.
- After adding the cream, it is important not to let the mixture boil, so that it does not curdle.
- Serve with white rice and potatoes chips.
