- Filet Mignon1 kg
- Salt to taste
- Garlic4 unit(s)
- Olive oil4 tablespoon
- Whole milk2 cup
- Cheese Soup1/2 unit(s)
- Grated Parmesan Cheese to taste
- Cut the meat into thin slices, season with salt and garlic. Heat a pan with 2 tablespoons of oil, add the meat and let it brown.
- Remove the meat from the pan and transfer to a container.
- In the same pan used to make the meat. Add the 2 tablespoons of oil, the remaining garlic. Let the garlic brown, add the milk and dissolve the cheese soup. Let it boil until it thickens without stopping stirring.
- Place the meat in the cream cheese and finish with the grated Parmesan.
