- Filet mignon in steaks or medallions4 unit(s)
- Heavy cream1 can(s)
- Chopped Gorgonzola100 g
- Minced garlic clove2 unit(s)
- Oil2 tablespoon
- Black pepper to taste
- Season the filet mignon with garlic and black pepper.
- Heat the oil in a frying pan and just seal the filet mignon.
- Reserve.
- In the same pan add the Heavy cream and gorgonzola, stirring until a uniform cream is formed.
- Return the filet mignon to the pan and cook for 2 minutes.
- Serve with white rice.
- I don't add salt because the gorgonzola is already very salty and has a strong flavor.
